Abstract (English):
The research results presented in this monograph were carried out by scientists of the State University of Land Management with the involvement of graduate students and university students on the basis of a scientific research commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on the topic: "Development of a pilot project to involve unused agricultural land in the active economic turnover based on the zoning of the territory agricultural municipal formation of the Yaroslavl region "(scientific consultant - SN Volkov, head - VV Vershinin, responsible executor AV Fedorinov). The research results were considered, approved and accepted for implementation in production at the technical council under the Department of Land Policy of Property Relations and State Property of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia on February 14, 2018 (Minutes No. 3). The monograph presents the main theoretical provisions and tested practical recommendations for the involvement of unused agricultural land in the active economic turnover. It is recommended to be used by state and municipal authorities, whose competence includes land management, regulation and supervision of their use; organizations, enterprises and institutions acting as landowners and land users, other business entities, as well as scientific organizations of the agro-industrial complex.
