ABSTRACT

The monograph examines the theoretical, methodological and practical provisions for changing the forms and methods of state management of the land fund, caused by fundamental changes in the system of land relations, the reform of land administration bodies (associated with the reform of the state structure and administrative reform), including the key problems in this area. The main attention is paid to the current state of the land fund and the refinements of most of the mechanisms of such management carried out in 2014-2016. This monograph can be recommended to scientists and specialists in the field of land management, land relations, land management and cadastres, students and graduate students, as well as anyone interested in the problems of modern land use and ways to solve them.
